ugly words

Unforgivable.  I'm so bad.  This morning I completely lost it after my tazmanian devil had pushed me too far.  I threw the box of cherrios and screamed "You are ruining my life!".  It's not the first time I've uttered these ugly words and I'm not sure if I'm more furious at myself for verbalizing them or feeling that way.  I just wanted to get that off my chest and will explore this topic soon in another post.
